3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders must be placed with accurate billing and shipping information.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect payment information.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines depend on the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email opalnailacademy@gmail.com within 3 days of deliverywith your order number and photo evidence. If approved, we will provide a replacement (no refunds).
We cannot replace items damaged due to improper storage, customer misuse, or application errors.

Customers are responsible for understanding proper application and safety procedures.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, incorrect use, or damage resulting from misuse. Always perform a patch test before full application.
