Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes! A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately using the contact form below. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your details before checkout.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to hygiene standards and product integrity, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect and you added Shipping Protection at checkout, you may be eligible for store credit. See our Shipping Protection Policy for details.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you can file a claim within 3 days of delivery by emailing opalnailacademy@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging.

Yes. We keep it simple with padded kraft mailers and recyclable bubble wrap bags—no excessive or decorative packaging that creates unnecessary waste. Our goal is to protect your order without polluting the planet.

Are your gels HEMA-free?

Yes. Our gel formulas are 100% HEMA-free, making them a safer option for both professionals and clients—especially those with sensitivities or allergies. Each formula is developed with clean chemistry and tested to meet strict professional standards.

To ensure safe use, gels should always be applied by a trained professional, cured properly under an LED/UV lamp, and kept off the skin during application. As with all enhancement products, proper prep, application, and curing are essential for safety, wear, and long-term nail health.

Do your gels contain formaldehyde, toluene, or DBP?

No. Our gel system is formulated without formaldehyde, toluene, or DBP—commonly known as the “Big 3” toxic ingredients. We believe in offering performance-driven products without compromising on safety.
