If you experience an issue related to shipping damage, loss, or fulfillment error—and you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout—you may be eligible to receive store credit for the affected item(s) in accordance with our policy

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. This coverage is managed directly by our team and funded through the fee collected at checkout.
đź“© How to File a Claim
To be eligible for review, claims must meet the following criteria:
⏳ Submission Window
- Claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the tracking-confirmed delivery date.
- Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
đź§ľ Required Documentation
Please email opalnailacademy@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label (for damaged or incorrect items)
- A screenshot of tracking (for missing/lost packages)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. If approved, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s), excluding shipping and handling fees.
đźšš Lost Package Policy
A package is considered lost in transit if:
- The order has not arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, and
- The tracking page shows no delivery or recent movement.
đźš« What is not covered
Claims will be denied if:
- Shipping Protection was not added at checkout
- The issue is reported more than 3 days after delivery
- Evidence is incomplete or missing
- The address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
- The issue is unrelated to shipping or fulfillment (e.g. buyer’s remorse, user error
